PPS was established in April 2002 with the goal to provide quality project controls support within the construction industry.  Since then, PPS has worked with contractors such as Ohmstede Industrial Services, JV Industrial Services, and P2S as well as direct clients such as Exxonmobil – Baton Rouge, LA,  Exxonmobil – Torrance, CA, Western Refining – El Paso, TX, and BP –  Cherry Point, WA.

With 30 years of experience in both the paper and oil/gas industries, Keith has overseen turnarounds, shutdowns, and projects ranging from $40M to $150M.  In this capacity, he has developed plans, schedules, and cost estimates for projects as well as progress and cost updates to ensure on time and on budget delivery.  Within PPS, Keith leads a team of employees with a combined 100+ years of experience in planning and executing client projects.

He graduated from La Tech in Ruston, LA with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Statistics with an engineering concentration.  With 20 years of experience in both the paper and oil/gas industries, Scott has overseen turnarounds, shutdowns, and projects ranging from $40M to $150M.Within PPS, Scott assists in the day to day functions of the company and provides support for employees who are planning or executing projects.
